The payday loan company filed small claims..... then 3 weeks later after they filed my funds was there so they cashed the check. now they say i still owe them court cost . do i still have to go to court this week? will the judge make me pay the court cost even though they got their money?

hope this answers your question second, you may get a judge who does not like those payday loan companies and refuse to award them court costs. first of all, make sure you "show up" in court, if you don't they will win by default. many states are now enacting laws to rein in these crooks my payday loan the average loan cost is about 300% interest so the judge might figure they made enough money to cover their little court cost.
