He is very strapped for cash and needs a payday loan except payday loans are illegal here in this state, so he says he will use his old address (out of state) to get one, he currently doesn't live at that address anymore. He says the place won't care as long as they get their money.. but I keep telling him this is illegal, am I right??

Why don't you lend him some if you have some to spare? It sounds like your friend is aware of the risks and that he really needs the money payday loan deposited to my wired plastic visa card I would leave it alone.

Payday loans are the most expensive money you can get, is there any other option?It is a good thing that they are illegal as they are probably the worst thing that anyone can do payday loan deposited to my wired plastic visa card payday loan deposited to my wired plastic visa card

It would be better, although still not a great plan, to go into debt on his credit cards while he gets the rest of his finances together payday loan deposited to my wired plastic visa card Tell him that debt is better than fraud (or jail). This is definitely illegal. He would be committing fraud by claiming to live somewhere he doesn't - there's nothing to stop him from just taking the money and ignoring the repayment, and the company would have no means of finding him (at least, not right away).

Even if he knows it's illegal, it sounds like he's going to go ahead and do it anyway payday loan deposited to my wired plastic visa card You can keep talking but I'm afraid it won't do much good.
