I am disabled and hearing impaired and need a loan to get my life back together again. I know i don't want to try those payday loan programs. I had tried to get a loan a few years a go from a bank but was turned down. Now i am confined to the house. I despertly need a wheelchair accessible van and other equipment so i can look for a job.
