He is very strapped for cash and needs a payday loan except payday loans are illegal here in this state, so he says he will use his old address (out of state) to get one, he currently doesn't live at that address anymore. He says the place won't care as long as they get their money.. but I keep telling him this is illegal, am I right??

Second, if there are payday loan stores in your state then they are probably legal payday advance on social security benfits First, tell your friend that payday loans are horrible - the interest is worst than a "loan shark".
