what laws if any are there, that can hold a employer responsible for not paying his employees on their scheduled pay dates. For the past three payperiods he has played games first the check was 4 days late, then I had to hunt it down (after the bank was closed), now he says he won't have them until monday when friday is payday. I am asking because I have bills and this unreliability is a huge stress!

- If you try to take him to court or whatever , he will not only be late but you will never get a check again no fax required payday loan Confront him and explain your situation and maybe he will open up to you, it's probably financial and he's trying to keep the doors open.
- The only thing you can do is quit.

i would be looking for an other job immediately no fax required payday loan in the meantime there is nothing you can do, unfortunately.i would start looking for another job because i doubt they'll be around much longer no fax required payday loan the real issue is that your employer knows the first thing they have to pay is payroll so if they aren't paying this there are much bigger issues no fax required payday loan Take a look at your work contract , he is not allowed to hold on to your money , in the UK you can complain to Local department of labour , usually in the ss building , or in the US Labor board .Good luck dont let him get away with it .your employer obviously has financial problems. contact your state labor board if you want to pursue this.
